Owners The Palms at Wailea is an organization
of owners of 150 residential apartments in a condominium community located
on 16.7 acres at 3200 Wailea Alanui Drive, Wailea, Hawaii, 96753.The
Association was formed in 1992 for the purpose of providing the management,
maintenance and care of the common areas of the condominium as required
by the Declaration of Condominium Property Regime filed with the Sate
of Hawaii.
The Palms at Wailea condominium community consists
of 23 two story buildings containing ground and second floor apartments,
with individual lanais and entries. The buildings are unique in construction
on Maui. Built in a Mediterranean style, with stucco exterior and red
barrel tile roofs, each apartment is separated from the others by variations
in height and angle. The grounds, sloping toward the ocean, provide
many apartments with a breathtaking view of the Pacific, while the remaining
apartments enjoy spacious garden areas with an abundance of palms. The
property contains over 345 palm trees of a variety of species, hence
the name, The Palms at Wailea.
NOTE: "The Palms at Wailea" name is
registered with the State of Hawaii Dept of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.
Use of the name The Palms at Wailea or Palms at Wailea by any commercial
entity in order to imply a relationship or interest in the property is prohibited.
Anyone receiving any mailing by realtors or other commercial enterprises
which attempts to infer such a relationship is fraudulent and done without
permission of the Association of Apartment Owners The Palms at Wailea.
